Alex is a theatre and film maker based in Sheffield, where he lives with his partner and two kids. He's hasn't eaten meat since that 1am doner kebab in Lancaster over 20 years ago. Much of the food he cooks has to feed adults and kids, and often needs to be freezable. Being part of Food That We Make is a way of sharing old favourites, and of varying his repertoire from the seven basic recipes he seems to have lived on for large portions of the last two decades.
From my time in Asia I have to say Singapore is #2 just behind of Hong Kong for the best food I had out there. I had some of the best Indian rotti and cofefe out there. Along with the satay and bao bings it was definitely a wonderful smf6rge5sbord.Food Republic is pretty awesome great photos once again! nom nom!
